Denney Gardens began foundation work in March 2018; there are currently eight homes under construction and we hope to start three more before the end of 2019. Since 2015, volunteers have been working to clean up the vegetative corridor to the west and north of the homes.
New Hillsboro property (8 lots) - Thanks to a City of Hillsboro Community Development Block Grant of $77,000, work has begun putting in the infrastructure on the property. Utilities must be added and hooked up and a new road will be built. Construction on homes will begin in 2020.
This property was purchased from DR Horton who developed the land to the west. The property is right next door to a Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue fire station, just off Highway 99W and close to the Tualatin River. When complete, it will have 16 houses and a public playground
